1. Age Restriction & Verification

jitase operates a strict 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gambling activity on our platform. This is a firm requirement — not a guideline — and it applies to every player in Bangladesh without exception.

This is an intentional friction measure designed to prevent impulsive decisions made in the heat of the moment. A decrease to a limit, by contrast, takes effect immediately.

4. Self-Exclusion Tools

Self-exclusion is the strongest responsible gaming tool available on jitase. When you self-exclude, you are voluntarily asking jitase to block you from accessing your account and from placing any bets or deposits for a defined period — or permanently. We treat all self-exclusion requests with the highest priority and act on them within one hour of receipt.

How to request self-exclusion: You can initiate self-exclusion directly from your account's Responsible Gaming settings panel, or by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp. All self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour. What happens during exclusion: Your account is suspended and login is disabled. Any pending withdrawals of existing balances will still be processed to your registered payment method. 5. Time-Out & Cooling-Off Period

A time-out is a shorter, more flexible break from gambling that does not involve the full account suspension of a self-exclusion. During a time-out period, the following restrictions apply to your jitase account:

• Your account balance is preserved and any pending withdrawals continue to be processed.

jitase also provides a Reality Check feature, which sends you an automated notification after a set period of continuous play — for example, every 30 minutes or every 60 minutes. The notification displays your current session duration, your net win or loss for the session, and a prompt asking whether you would like to continue or take a break.
