1. General Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the jitase platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, customer support interactions, and any other features or services we provide. They apply to all registered users of jitase regardless of how they access the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application.

jitase reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-screen notification at login. Continued use of the jitase platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version of these Terms and any translated summary or communication in another language, the English version shall prevail. jitase communicates with Bangladesh players in English and does not accept responsibility for any misunderstanding arising from informal or unofficial translations.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jitase platform and, if you hold a registered account, contact our support team to request account closure. Access to jitase constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

• These Terms apply to all versions of the jitase platform, including any future mobile or desktop applications.
• jitase's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• Headings within these Terms are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jitase platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jitase enforces a strict minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be accessing and using jitase from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law as it applies to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether using jitase is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of jitase, nor an immediate family member of any such individual, unless explicit written permission has been granted by jitase management.
• You must not be self-excluded from the jitase platform or from gambling services generally under any applicable self-exclusion programme.
• You must not have had a previous jitase account suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms.

jitase verifies age and identity through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which requires government-issued photo identification acceptable in Bangladesh (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence). Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and any balance will be returned to the original payment method. jitase will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player prior to the discovery and closure of the account.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling websites, including jitase. If you believe a person under 18 in your household has accessed jitase, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jitase services, including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS.

jitase operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual may hold only one registered jitase account. Registering multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

By submitting your registration, you confirm and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You are registering the account for your own personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You will keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and will not share them with any other person.
• You will notify jitase immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You accept sole responsibility for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised it, except where such activity results directly from jitase's negligence.

jitase reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any point during their use of the platform. This verification — commonly referred to as the KYC process — may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your residential address; and proof of your payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in a suspension of your ability to withdraw funds until the verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jitase accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods approved for use by Bangladesh-based players. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. jitase reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification status, payment method, and account history.

• Deposits: Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your jitase wallet within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile financial service provider. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to be credited. jitase does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jitase accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by our payments team. The majority of withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within 15 to 60 minutes of the request being submitted. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing times. jitase targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal eligibility: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that matches the name on your jitase account. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
• KYC requirement: jitase may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all players regardless of withdrawal amount.

jitase does not accept cash transactions, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed as accepted on the platform. Any attempt to deposit funds via an unsupported payment method will result in the transaction being declined or reversed, and jitase accepts no liability for funds lost or delayed as a result of attempted deposits via unsupported methods.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

jitase offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each individual bonus or promotion on the jitase platform and must be read in conjunction with this general Bonus Policy.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit applicable to the welcome bonus are stated in the welcome bonus terms displayed at the time of claiming the offer.
• One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim each bonus or promotional offer no more than once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus eligibility: jitase reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain jurisdictions, to players who have previously abused bonus offers, or to players whose accounts are under review.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are non-withdrawable. Real-money funds in your account are always withdrawable subject to applicable KYC and payment processing requirements.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or not wagered within the time limit stated in the specific bonus terms will expire and be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or reclaimed.
• Abuse and misuse: jitase reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close any account where bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, exploiting software errors, or coordinated wagering patterns — is detected.

jitase reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus in good faith and are in the process of meeting wagering requirements at the time of any such amendment will be treated fairly on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered jitase player, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm the interests of jitase, other players, or third parties. You further agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on jitase, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jitase account, or accessing or using any third party's jitase account.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software tools, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with the jitase platform in a manner that gives you or any other person an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit any error, bug, malfunction, or technical vulnerability in the jitase platform, including any error in odds, game outcomes, or bonus calculations. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting, or betting on events whose outcome you have advance knowledge of due to your position, role, or personal relationships.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to live poker or live dealer card games, in a manner that unfairly affects game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity using the jitase platform.
• Using the jitase platform in connection with any criminal activity or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Communicating with jitase staff in a threatening, abusive, or harassing manner.

jitase employs a range of fraud detection and risk management tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jitase reserves the right to take immediate action including the suspension of your account, the withholding of any pending withdrawals, the voiding of bets or casino game results affected by the conduct, and the permanent closure of your account with forfeiture of any balance.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or jitase may close your account at any time. The process and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (initiated by you) or involuntary (initiated by jitase).

Voluntary closure: If you wish to close your jitase account, please contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement procedures, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Voluntary closure may be requested at any time and, once confirmed, will be processed within 48 hours.

Involuntary suspension or closure by jitase: jitase reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of financial crime involving the account.
• A legally valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed involuntarily due to a violation of these Terms, jitase reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed involuntarily for reasons unrelated to a violation (for example, in response to a player's own responsible gaming request), any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitase, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the jitase platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the jitase platform, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jitase platform or any of its services, including due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service provider failures, or events outside jitase's reasonable control.
• Any delay in the crediting of deposits or the processing of withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game content, odds, or promotional materials published on the jitase platform.
• Any indirect financial loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the jitase platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jitase's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

The jitase platform and all of its content, services, and games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jitase makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, the uninterrupted availability of the platform, or the accuracy or completeness of any information published on the platform.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and jitase with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
